| | | | | | If you Can't sell? Try swapping your home checkout an Online house trading site Dec 01, 2009 | | | | If you can not sell your home, Try swapping your home. First check out any of the Online house trading sites, such as onlinehousetrading.com http://www.myhouse4trade.com. One is free the other is not, one has real estate agents willing to work with you (for commission), the other is simply a place to post your home for free and to colloborate with other like minded homeowners struggling to find some resolution to this economic hardship. The days for real estate agents to take your money so easily are long gone. If they are currently an active agent, they are either living well off of savings or someone else's income or they are damn good at it. In other words, find a real estate agent today that can sell your home, and recommend them to others, because it is through hard times that will help us homeowners find the agents that are worth their pay. None the less, if you find your trading partner (buyer/seller) then you can forget the real estate agent and work directly with a lawyer (where you pay a flat fee) to make the trade happen vs paying an agent to find a buyer or seller from the MLS. | | | Views: 6 Rating: 0 (based on 0 votes) | |
